What to write about
A Full Report purchase — if your download did not arrive, the file will not open, or you were charged incorrectly, message us there and we will sort it out; refund requests are handled via Whop under its buyer policy (see Terms & Refunds).
The calculator or a reading — if you believe a calculation is wrong, send us the birth date you entered and the result you expected, and we will check the working by hand. If two sites gave you different numbers, our Method & Variants section usually explains why.
Corrections — if you spot an error anywhere on the site, we genuinely want to hear about it. Accuracy is the whole point of this place.
We read every message and reply as promptly as a small operation can — usually within a couple of days. Please do not send personal documents or payment details in a message; we never need them, and Whop handles all payment information itself.
